QUB radio is delighted to enhance its radio content offering with the new program Le Guide de l’auto, airing Saturdays at 10 a.m. Hosted by Antoine Joubert and Germain Goyer, the show will be launched in front of a live audience at the Montreal Auto Show on Saturday, January 19, with two special broadcasts – the first at 10 a.m., and the second at 2 p.m. Listeners can download the QUB radio app for iOS or Android and catch the show live at www.qub.radio, or listen anytime in podcast format.
“I’m delighted to welcome Le Guide de l’auto to the airwaves,” says automobile columnist Antoine Joubert. “Radio is a medium that allows me to share my passion with the public and speak to key industry players. Every Saturday, I’ll be answering questions from listeners. And for those who can’t tune in live, the show will be available in the QUB radio podcast section, so people can listen to me anywhere, anytime – even on the road!”
As an authority in the automotive field for over 53 years, Le Guide de l’auto, published by Éditions de l’Homme, is by far Quebec’s preferred guidebook.
Acquired by Quebecor in 2018, the multiplatform brand reaches beyond this new radio show and its annual guidebook. It is also deployed in Le Journal de Montréal and Le Journal de Québec via four weekly features, as well as a weekly appearance in the newspaper 24 Heures. Online, Le Guide de l’auto has successfully completed its digital transformation, as demonstrated by the monthly total of 1.5 million unique visitors to www.guideautoweb.com and its English-language version at www.carguideweb.com, generating over 7 million page views.
