Last Stage in Creating a 360° Multiplatform Advertising Network

A customer-centric structure with  a single point of contact for all platforms. Quebecor will soon be completing the final stage leading to the January 2019 launch of its new 360° multiplatform Advertising Network, keeping the Corporation at the forefront of the media industry. 

Quebecor thus continues to innovate by creating a structure that is more versatile and effective and hence provide its advertisers unsurpassed service and unable Quebecor to stand out in the marketplace and achieve its strategic objectives. Agencies will also be better served by this new structure.

Quebecor announces four appointments
To support the structure of its new 360° multiplatform Advertising Network, Quebecor is announcing the appointments of four key people within the organization. 
First, Patricia Heckmann becomes General Manager, Agency Solutions and Customer Solutions, Toronto Market. Based primarily in Toronto, she will be responsible for developing business with customers and agencies and for operating Quebecor’s Toronto sales office, while continuing to oversee relationships with partner agencies in Montreal.
Second, Katia Villeneuve has been appointed General Manager, Customer Solutions. She will be responsible for developing business with all Montreal customers, thus eliminating the distinction between local and national customers. She and her team will facilitate customer relationships focusing on their challenges and objectives, and will deploy Quebecor’s strength, expertise and brands for the benefit of its customers. Katia will also retain her current responsibilities as Director of Regional Sales for Quebec’s Eastern Townships and Mauricie regions.
Third, Marie-Josée Fournier has been appointed Senior Director, Monetization and Commercialization for all platforms and solutions offered by the 360° multiplatform Advertising Network. In her new position, she will be responsible for defining, promoting and supporting monetization strategies for all platforms (television, radio, digital, out-of-home, magazines and newspapers), as well as for establishing a team of experts on each of these platforms to be closer to the products and services, to demonstrate greater expertise with customers and to support the business-development  teams. 
In line with its vision of being its customers’ best business partner, the 360° multiplatform Advertising Network will place greater emphasis on business-innovation strategies and will maintain its technological leadership by deploying cutting-edge tactics and tools that reflect current best business practices. To oversee this digital transformation and the development of new business models, Claudia Ethier has been appointed Senior Director, Innovation and Operations, while retaining her responsibilities for research and commercial production.
